Egypt's President Mohamed Morsi will meet with Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Hamas leader Khaled Meshal and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan Saturday to discuss ways of managing the Gaza crisis. A source from Palestine revealed that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas might also be present at the meeting. The Gaza Strip has been a target of ongoing attacks by Israeli forces since Wednesday; at least 22 Palestinians have been killed, including top Hamas commander Ahmed Al-Jaabari. A source told Ahram Online that the meeting is expected to form a committee that will closely follow developments in Gaza. Furthermore, some of the leaders are expected to hold other meetings in Cairo. Meshal is scheduled to meet with the head of the General Intelligence Raafat Shehata. Meanwhile, Erdogan will give a speech at Cairo University. The Arab Foreign Ministers' Council will also meet Saturday to discuss ways of supporting Palestinians under attack.
