Celtic's midweek goal scoring hero Victor Wanyama says nothing compares to the feeling of scoring against Barcelona. The Kenyan opened the scoring against the Catalan giants to help Celtic earn a remarkable 2-1 Champions League victory on Tuesday, the day after the club celebrated its 125th anniversary. Wanyama admitted he had never experienced anything like it. "The feeling I got after the goal against Barcelona was just unbelievable," the 21-year-old told Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad. "I've never felt anything like that in my life. It was better than sex." Despite the well-deserved plaudits for Celtic's performance, Wanyama insists the players kept their feet on the ground in the aftermath of the famous Parkhead win."We didn't celebrate the win in any particular way," Wanyama said. "I drank an orange juice, that was quite enough." The Kenyan international has earned rave reviews since his £900,000 move from Germinal Beerschot last summer, with Manchester United rumoured to be planning a move for the midfielder. Celtic boss Neil Lennon responded to exit talk by slapping a £25million price-tag on Wanyama's head. Wanyama himself has said that opting to move to Celtic, rather than go straight into the Premier League, has aided his growth. "Celtic have been better for my development," he said. "Now I've got great players around me, it's easier to play football."
