Etisalat Adds To Festivities With Free Incoming Call Offer For Subscribers Travelling To KSA During

As millions of Muslims prepare to celebrate the end of the Hajj pilgrim, Etisalat adds to the festivities by announcinga new promotion for customerstravelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during Eid Al Adha. The offer allows customers to receive free incoming calls starting from Arafat Day until the third day of Eid Al Adha on all mobile networks operating in Saudi Arabia including Etisalat Mobily, Zain and STC.
This offer will be available by default, without subscription. The offer will apply to all Etisalat's individual, business, prepaid Wasel subscribers andpostpaid monthly subscription customers, provided they have their roaming service activated. To apply for roaming service prior to their travel to Saudi Arabia, customers can visit any of Etisalat's Business and Sales Centres, Outlets or any sales point across the country.
Khalid ElKhouly, Chief Marketing Officer at Etisalat,commented, “Offered in spirit of solidarity with Hajj pilgrims fulfilling their holy duty, Etisalat aims to give its travelling customers to Saudi Arabia the chance to enjoy the exchange of blessings with family and friends during Eid Al Adha.We were keen to expand this year's promotion to allow our customers to receive free incoming calls on all Saudi operating mobile networks. I would like to stress on the added value this free offer provides for Etisalat's customers through exempting incoming voice call roaming charges received from any country."
“In addition, Etisalat will not deduct any minutes from its customersenjoying this special Eid offer who are subscribed to other roaming offers, including bundled incoming voice call minutes. All incoming voice call minutes to Saudi Arabia will be considered free of charge during offer period."
Etisalat's prepaid Wasel subscribers can recharge their credit accounts while travelling to Saudi Arabia through the ‘Recharge while Roaming' service using ordinary recharge cards available for Mobily subscribers in Saudi Arabia. This can be done bydialing the service code *134* followed by the card number then a hash key (#). Their accounts will be recharged and the recharge amount transferred in UAE dirhams.
Customers who wish to access the Internet during their visit to the KSA can enjoy Etisalat's mobile data roaming packs for daily, weekly or monthly use, ranging from 1GB to 3GB at affordable prices. Customers can purchase their desired pack from the UAE or abroad by simply dialing *177# or sending an SMS with the relevant purchase code to ‘1010'.
