Skin health and beauty can be a difficult task but if you make peeling a regular step in your weekly beauty regime, you will be pleased with the results. There are easy and fast methods that wont take more than 30 minutes of your time leaving your skin radiant and soft.
Peeling helps your skin breathe as it removes all the dead cells and dry skin, and rids the skin from all the black- and whiteheads that usually appear on the nose and cheeks. Blackheads are the result of oil secretion and pollution (dust) and they usually form on the nose and the chin. Whiteheads, however, form under the skin on the cheeks.
The first type of peel is a mask that you apply on your face for 20 minutes until its dries and becomes elastic. When you peel the plastic-like mold from your face, it comes out with all the unwanted residues that block the pores and prevent your skin from breathing.
Peeling creams are a bit different. They usually contain little grains that scrub off all the residues and dead skin. This type needs to be massaged onto the skin with damp fingertips for at least 30 minutes.
You should peel at least once a week, twice at most, however more than that can be dangerous to the skin. After peeling hydrate the skin with some effective moisturizer.
