CAIRO - Dr. Shawki Allam, Egypt's Grand Mufti, has strongly condemned the suicide bombing at a crowded pop concert in Manchester, which left at least 23 people killed, mostly children and young teens, and 59 injured, according to British News agencies. The Mufti stressed that all divinely-revealed religions and all man-made laws share in rejection and condemnation of any form of terrorization and bloodshed of innocent people.
Egypt's Fatwa House issued on Tuesday morning the Mufti's statement in which he said: "This terrorist act is only reflecting and revealing of all terror groups' pursuits to strike terror and fear into safe and secure communities, on top of those terror groups is the infamous ISIS or (Daesh in Arabic) whose thirst for more bloodshed and atrocities is rapidly growing day by day."
