The Supreme Administrative Court will rule Sunday, the Egyptian government's appeal against the annulment decision of Tiran and Sanafir islands deal between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Aswat Masriya reported. Following the annulment decision, State Litigation Authority has announced that it will appeal against the decision of Administrative Court to annul the Egyptian-Saudi deal. The court will consider the government's request to suspend the annulment decision, not the deal's legitimacy, judicial source told Aswat Masriya on Sunday. A number of lawyers and political activities have filed 14 lawsuits against the Egyptian government, saying that handing down of the two islands contradicts with 2014 Constitution.
