Hezbollah said Saturday that "Takfiri groups" were responsible for the explosion that killed its top military commander Mustafa Badreddine in Damascus. The Hezbollah run Al-Manar TV reported the latest development in a news flash one day after a funeral procession was held for the slain commander in the southern suburbs of Beirut. Manar added that Badreddine was killed by artillery shelling at a Hezbollah base near the Damascus airport. "The result of the investigation will increase our will and determination to continue fighting against criminal gangs," Manar said.
