MP Ali Badr called Saturday for sending a parliamentary delegation to London, to follow up on investigations into murder of Egyptian national Sherif Adel Habib, inside one of London's garages, Youm7 News reported. Badr called for forming a joint committee from parliament's sub-committees, such as defense, human rights and foreign, to meet with the representatives of the relative ministries regarding their findings on the issue. Such committee will be tasked with putting forward a report on the issue, along with its recommendations to the parliament, in order for the parliament to reach a decision concerning this issue, he explained. However, he pointed out on the need to not to rush into conclusions before the facts and circumstances of the incident are revealed by the British investigators, as the murder could be motivated by an act of revenge or criminal reasons. But, he called upon the British side to disclose all the facts reached by its investigators and asked it to send them to the Egyptian side. He urged the British government to conclude the investigation as soon as possible in order to bring the perpetrators of the crime to swift justice.
