French President, Francois Hollande visited Monday Saladin Citadel and Coptic Museum in the Egyptian capital Cairo, accompanied by Minister of Antiquities Khaled Anany, Al-Bawaba News reported. During the visit, Hollande stressed that he chose to visit Saladin Citadel and Coptic Museum to confirm that Egypt is the country of safety and tolerance since ancient times, calling tourists to visit Egypt. The French president pointed out that the coming period will witness cooperation between Egypt and France in various sectors, including the field of archaeology.
