In the presence of Egyptian and Saudi leaders, Egypt's Investment Minister, Dalia Khorshid together with Saudi Crown Prince signed on Sunday an agreement to establish an Egyptian-Saudi Investment Fund with a capital of SR 60bn, Al-Bawaba News reported Khorshid explained that the fund aims mainly at financing the joint projects between both countries and will target several promising fields of competing characteristics such as power generation, industrial and touristic zones. "Egyptian government is keen to conclude such gigantic investment entity among its strategies to boost comrehensive development and reduce unemployment," Khorshid added.
