Italy's Foreign Minister, Paolo Gentilioni decided Friday to recall his country's Ambassador to Egypt, Maurizio Massari after the negotiations conducted with the Egyptian delegation in Rome over the case of the Italian PhD student murdered in Egypt Giulio Regeni, Al-Bawaba News reported. Italian newspaper "Corriere della Sera" said that Gentilioni decided to recall the Italian ambassador for consultations over the murder of Regini in Egypt. Regeni was found dead at Cairo-Alexandria highway in February, which provoked wide international condemnation from EU countries and others towards Egyptian investigations.
