Parliamentarian and columnist, Abdel Rehim Ali described Saturday in a statement the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz's visit to Egypt this week as "historic", Al-Bawaba News reported. King Salman's visit reflects the historical relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and confirmed that there are no disputes between the two countries concerning all Arab and international issues, Ali said. He pointed out that President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and King Salman bin Abdulaziz succeeded to restore the historical relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia as before, adding that the two leaders left no chance for "conspirators and traitors" to spread a negative image on the relationships between the two countries. All Egyptians appreciate the pivotal and historic role played by Saudi Arabia toward their country, Ali added, indicating that the Egyptian regime, institutions and people can never forget the Saudi support to Egypt during the June 30 revolution.
