Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry, Tarek Qabil inaugurated Sunday three new factories in New Salheia and Obour cities with total investments of EGP 1.35bn, Al-Bawaba News reported. Qabil inspected MCV factory for producing vehicles for public transportation in New Salheia. The MCV production line produces annually 10,000 vehicles of which nearly 8,000 vehicles are assigned for export to UK, Australia and New Zealand. "Launching MCV production line to export 60 double floored buses to UK considered a certificate of confidence in the Egyptian product," Qabil said, adding that the Egyptian product capable of competing in the market according to its commitment to domestic and international quality control standards.
