A high-profile delegation from Japanese Parliament visited Egypt Sunday to meet Egyptian parliamentarians and discuss boosting cooperation between the two parliaments, Al-Bawaba News reported. Egyptian parliament's first deputy speaker Mahmoud El-Sharif met with the delegations, which includes Yuriko Koike, a member of Japanese parliament, and Japan's Ambassador to Cairo, Kagawa. We agreed with the delegation to establish a parliamentary friendship association between Egypt and Japan, El-Sharif said. El-Sharif discussed the education and health issues as well as trade exchange between Egypt and Japan, in addition to the importance of increasing investment rates.
