Egypt's Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met with Envoy of British Prime Minister Jeffrey Donaldson Thursday to discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries, Youm7 reported. The British envoy stressed that he was keen to visit Egypt to hold meetings with the Egyptian officials to understand the economic developments witnessed in the country during the recent period. He added that the country provides rare opportunity to the British investors to increase their investments in Egypt during the coming period, stressing his country's keenness to support development in Egypt to ensure not only stability in the country but also in the whole region. On the other hand, the Egyptian official welcomed the visit of the British envoy, expressing his country's desire to overcome the current challenges, including the increasing deficit and unemployment. He called the British government for returning the British tourists during the coming period, saying that the government takes the necessary measures to ensure the security of the tourists.
