Giza Prosecution office continued Tuesday its investigations to reveal the mystery of the death of Italian student, Giulio Regeni last month, Al-Bawaba News reported. The prosecution moved to the victim's flat to make a graphic preview, but they did not find anything of his belongings because his family emptied the whole flat before traveling to Italy with the victim's body. The prosecution hastens the forensic report on the cause of death after the autopsy that proved that he was killed by a violent blow to the base of the skull having already suffered multiple fractures all over his body. Initial investigations revealed that Regeni went for a meeting with a friend, down town Cairo, on Jan. 25, the fifth anniversary of the January revolution, but since then he never called or came back to his residence in Dokki.
