Egyptian Parliament Speaker, Ali Abdel Aal will meet on Thursday evening with the heads of parliamentary bodies, to discuss the fact-finding committee report on corruption cases announced by Central Auditing Organization (CAO) head Hisham Genena, Al-Bawaba News reported. An investigative committee formed on the order of Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi accused Geneina of deliberately defaming state authorities. Geneina had claimed that corruption from 2012 to 2015 in Egypt resulted in the loss of up to EGP 600 billion. The meeting will also tackle a number of matters relating to the work flow of the parliament, including the preparation of internal regulations, and resolving the issue of airing the parliament's sessions.
