Port Said Criminal Court postponed on Wednesday trial of 51 defendants, in the case publicly known as "Port Said prison storming" case, Al-Bawaba News reported. The ruling was based on the necessity to hear the testimony of Interior Minister aide, Samy Seidhom. The defendants were accused of killing police personnel and inciting violence against civilians, as well as threatening the safety and unity of the society. In January 2013, the defendants allegedly attempted to storm the Port Said prison, following death sentences against convicts of the Port Said Stadium Massacre.
