On the sidelines of the tenth ministerial meeting of World Trade Organization held in Nairobi, Kenya, Egyptian Trade and Industry Minister, Tarek Qabil met on Thursday with his Spanish counterpart, José Manuel López over boosting bilateral economic ties, Al-Bawaba News reported. In the meeting, both officials discussed financial protocol's position between Egypt and Spain which reached Euro 235 million that included specified financial facilities to fund products and equipment purchase for Spanish projects being implemented in Egypt between companies from both countries. Meanwhile, Lopez praised the Egyptian-Spanish ties, signaling to a number of future projects in transportation and renewable energy fields to take place after launching the Egyptian-Spanish business council.
