Egypt's Minister of Culture, Helmy Namnam is set to honor Indian actress and screen writer Farah Khan, Thursday night, on the sidelines of the 37th edition of the Cairo Cinema Festival. Khan, one of the most successful cinema makers in Bollywood, will receive a prize carrying the name of Egypt's late actress Faten Hammama in a special celebration at the Grand Theater. Within the framework of the celebration, Khan's Om Shanti Om will be shown within the festival's ‘Special Shows' department. The festival's administration has honored a number of global actors including the Italian Claudia Cardinale.
