Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu , approved a plan to construct 450 new settlers homes in "Ramat Shlomo" settlement inoccupied East Jerusalem, the Haaretz newspaper reported Tuesday. According to the newspaper, the head of the planning and organization committee in the so-called Jerusalem municipality announced the approval of building 1,500 housing units in the illegal settlement of "Ramat Shlomo" which is also called "Biden" neighborhood. The new settlement is named after the US Vice President Joe Biden who visited the neighborhood.
