The Cairo Criminal court will consider Saturday the retrial of Zakaria Azmy, a major pillar of the ousted Mubarak's regime, over corruption charges, Youm7 news reported. The court has overturned the 7-year sentence against Azmy and the EGP 36,367,000 fine, and ordered him a retrial, after including his wife and brother-in-law in the freezing decision of their assets. Azmy was one of prominent faces during ousted president Hosni Mubarak's era that ended in January, 2011.
