Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group is planning to visit Saudi Arabia in order to meet with Saudi scholars and convince them to save its convicted leaders in Egypt, a source, who spoke Monday to Al Bawaba News on condition of anonymity, said. The source explained that the MB depends on the International Union of Muslim Scholars to communicate with Saudi Arabia and its King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in order to influence the Saudi government to resolve the group's crisis in Egypt. MB representatives met Thursday with prominent Saudi advocates and scholars who have close ties to the government, in an attempt to influence the Saudi government to pressure Egypt in order to release the group's convicted leaders, the source added. Furthermore, the source pointed out that Hamas' representatives meeting with king Salman in Saudi Arabia in regard of interfering to end the conflict between Hamas and Egypt, and release its convicted members from Egyptian prisons has proved that Saudi Arabia has changed its approach in favor of the MB.
