Egypt's President, Abdel Fatah al-Sisi urged Islamic clerics to avoid extremism in their religious speech, stressing on the necessity to obey the teachings of the Holy Quran, al-Bawaba News reported Tuesday. Sisi addressed the nation on Tuesday, in a celebration of Laylat al-Qadr (a holy night in Ramadan) held by Ministry of Endowment at Conferences' Hall in Nasr City in Cairo. The President pointed out that most youth abandoned Islam because of the strict religious speech.
