The Egyptian stock exchange ended trading positively on Thursday, supported by purchases from Egyptian and foreign investors, while Arab associations tended to sell. The market capital gained EGP1.2billion to reach a total of EGP474 billion amid transaction processes estimated at EGP472.043 million. The benchmark index EGX30 rose by 0.88 percent to reach 7617 points while the small and mid-cap EGX70 added a slight 0.73 percent to record 415 points. The broader index EGX100 reached 874 points estimated at a 0.08 percent rise.
