Mansoura Criminal Court Monday has sentenced 17 defendants allegedly belonging to Muslim Brotherhood to life in prison, and another one to five years in prison, under attempt to murder protestors charges, Youm7 reported. Mansoura Court has also sentenced 13 other defendants, in absentia, to life in prison, whilst it sentenced another one to 10 years in prison, for protesting without permission, inciting violence and setting fire to police car. In a different case, a defendant was sent to death and three others to life in prison, for killing businessman Amer Abdel Hamid in Nile Delta's Mansoura.
