Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi will meet with members of the Kuwaiti-Egyptian Relations Council Monday at the presidential palace in Heliopolis, Ambassador Alaa Youssef, presidential spokesperson stated, AlBawaba News reported The meeting will discuss four mega projects including, iron and steel factory at a cost of $1.5 billion at production capacity of two million tons, oil refinery (already licensed during the reign of former president Hosni Mubarak), real state company to establish a tourist village in Sharm El-Sheikh city, and a holding company for funding those projects. The council includes a number of prominent Egyptian and Kuwaiti officials in the fields of economy and investment. It also includes sports, culture and media figures. Sisi has met Sunday with the Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab and development advisers to discuss projects which the government has agreed during the Economic & Development Conference held in March.
