Takfiris (those who accuse other Muslims of apostasy) attacked Central Security forces Thursday in Egypt's North Sinai city of Rafah, east of the capital city of Cairo, leaving two soldiers dead, Al Bawaba News reported. Ahmed Nour Al Desooky and Ahmed Mohamed Khedr were shot in the chest and transferred to Al Arish Military Hospital where they died, military sources said. This comes within a series of militant attacks carried out in the restive Sinai Peninsula, targeting police and army personnel for which the Islamic State (IS) offshoot Wilayat Sinai has claimed responsibility.
