Egyptian courts will resume Wednesday the trial of Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group (MB) affiliates in Egypt over violence related charges. Ismailia military court will issue Wednesday a final ruling on 13 MB defendants over charges of protesting without permission and blocking roads in April 2014. Egypt's interim authorities passed a Protest law criminalizing unauthorized protesting, following the ouster of former president, Mohamed Morsi July 2013 amid mass protests. Cairo Criminal Court assembled in the Police Academy will try 47 MB defendants for escaping a prison in Tebin, south of Cairo following the dispersal of Rab'a and Al Nahda sit-ins August, 2013. The defendants face charges of thuggery, protesting without permission, staging arson in Tebin Custody and murdering a number of security personnel. Egypt has designated MB as a terrorist group December 2013, following a string of MB deadly blasts claiming hundreds.
