The Islamic State (IS) in Libya released Tuesday a video showing two of its militants threatening of terrorist attacks against Arab leaders, foreign diplomats and Libyan politicians. The video showed two IS militants; Abou Sulaiman Al Sudani, who was wearing an explosive belt and Abou Ibrahim Al Tunisi, warning the government in Tobruk which they described as the "infidel government" of seeking alliance with the West, as they threatened of Car bombings and explosions targeting their homes and families. Al Sudani called on the Sudanese youth to join the Islamic caliphate in Libya, threatening of terrorist attacks against foreign diplomats and "crusaders." On his part, Abou Ibrahim Al Tunisi threatened to "slaughter" the Arab leaders unless they seek repentance of blasphemy, secularism and democracy.
