Specific foreign parties will not stop ambuscading Egypt and Egyptians, who succeeded on June 30 to demolish the American- Zionist project supported by Turkey, Qatar, Iran and terrorist groups, which work under supervision of wicked Muslim Brotherhood against Egypt. Those planning for huge conspiracies against the Arabic region including Egypt aiming to re-divide it according to their national goals will not be allowed to accomplish their plans. What can we do Mr. President? Should we be satisfied with traditional measures including imposing curfew in the incidents' regions, establishing emergency state and three-day mourning as well as the people's anger of what happened? While terrorism kills dozens of our sons every day? Mr. President, "the flesh is dispersed on Sinai soil... And lies besiege our people." The enemy's footprint on our sons' flesh, and the ravens erected nets on our door, what can we do Mr. President? The town is usurped and the enemy is nesting within its folds. Information and logistic support is provided every day for who are bombing our sons every place in Egypt. Silence is a shame and bare truth is a duty at this moment. Does it make any sense to allow more than one thousand Muslim Brotherhood leaders in the Ministry of Electricity, other 55 leaders in Foreign Ministry, 50 in Petrol Ministry, hundreds in the Ministry of Justice as well as Ministry of Education and thousands in domestic provinces who ravage like mites in homeland`s flesh? Does it make any sense that some businessmen support terrorist groups, in addition to millions of dollars that come from outside while we are confused? Does it make any sense that the decisions of the Preventive Attachment Commission on Brotherhood's properties were opposed by some officials in the Cabinet arguing that they are illegal? Does it make any sense to fight with military forces have no experience with this type of wars, leaving the only long-experienced agency exposed to some people's interest and others' control? Does it make any sense to fight this type of terrorism without enough equipment, for example, the armored vehicles equipped with remote sensing explosives devices? Does it make any sense to prevent experienced experts from traveling to Sinai because of administrative problems? Does it make any sense to let Hamas violates our borders, storms jails and kills our soldiers, and do not expect them to provide any logistic support for terrorists? The person, who was not punished for his first mistake, cannot be punished for his second one. They got through our blood without consideration... what do not they continue Mr. President? Does it make any sense to arrest the second man in Al-Qaeda Tharwat Salah Shehata, then to refer him in the next day to the public prosecution over charges of illegal entry to Egypt, without conducting investigations by experts, claiming that the National Security agency is not entitled to investigate into Egyptians after January 25 Revolution? Does it make any sense that a civil court tries the terrorist Adel Habara on charges of killing 25 policemen in North Sinai where he insults prosecution and judiciary, while we refer any conflict between civilians and soldiers in a Gas station affiliated with Armed Forces to the military judiciary? Does it make any sense that Egypt's Cabinet is hesitating and shaking for fear of western pressure and still waiting for a sovereign decision to approve terrorism draft law? Egypt is in target, what are we supposed to do, Mr. President? Yes Mr. President, Egypt is in target. There is an external support for terrorism who wants to break the will of Egyptians and army who has defeated the American project which was supported by Turkey, Qatar, the terrorism organization so called "Moslem Brotherhood," all other allied organizations and political movements that support it, but what are we supposed to do? Mr. President, Egypt has witnessed a complete control of religious violence groups during the 1990s. At that time, these groups have conducted hundreds of armed operations that killed hundreds of policemen and civilians. All the problems that faced the security agency back then can be summed in two points: Firstly, the lack of a comprehensive data base of the violence groups with their internal formations and external funds and supplies. Secondly, we do not have trained policemen to face such operations that have started a long time ago. During the last six months, the security agency rearranged its cards, using the relations of the State Security outside Egypt, where the information is available for everyone with a specific price. The agency knew that the war is targeting Egypt upon external instructions, so the information was collected and categorized trying to draw a comprehensive map for violence groups in the whole region. At that time, this plan was conceded with sending a large group of the State Security Investigation‘s best officers to a number of countries which were known for their specialized units in confronting terrorism, to form the so-called "Anti-terrorism Forces." In 1994, the security agency took the lead, and by April 1994 the security agencies have turned the matter upside down after implementing two strokes against violence groups rendering their ability to control. During fifteen days, April 14-25, the most two important leaders of "jihad" and "Islamic Group", namely Adel Awad Seyam, the military wing of "Jihad" and contact official between inside and outside, and Talaat Yassin Hamam, the leader of the military wing of the "Islamic Group" and contact official between inside and outside, as well as their assistants, that led to vast regression of communication between inside leaders and outside leaders. The outside leaders were forced to send some outside elements to re-establish the lost contact, who also were monitored and captured during their try to enter the country. The confrontation did not stop at this point, It included killing 119 members of the most dangerous armed violent groups in that period, and if we knew that the groups' total death toll during fifteen years from 1984 to 1999 is 307 casualties, then it would be clear to us the size of the achievements of the security services in that period, an estimated 70% of the size of losses in the ranks of extreme violent groups. On the other hand, the Supreme State Security Prosecution and the military courts received 120 cases concerning more than 1001 persons accused of affiliation with violent groups, and sentenced 94 of them to death, and executed 70 of them. And with the police taking the initiative in that period, a lot of assassination attempts targeting public officials and bombing places overcrowded with tourists and citizens, most notably the bombing of "Khan El-Khalili", has been thwarted and the security services arrested more than 45 persons affiliated with the Jihadi group, before carrying out the attack, which prompted the Jihadi organization and its leader "Ayman al-Zawahiri" to decide at the end of 1995 to halt these kinds of attacks, and notify the members of the terrorist organization to do so in secret, without announcing it through the media. Finally, the capturing of dangerous men affiliated with extreme violent groups between 1995 and 1997, which has reached more than 7 thousand extremist during these two years, was one of the main reasons that prompted the violent religious groups to lay down their arms and search for an alternative way rather than violence. Now it seems we are seeing the same scenes that we talked about earlier at the hands of terrorist groups that mastered terrorizing the state's army and citizens, in an attempt to impose their own reckonings, far from the public's approval that is highlighted by the overwhelming majority of the Egyptian people, we must find urgent solutions, if we wanted to win this battle. Four major steps are urgent at the moment, Mr. President, without issuing a law to encounter terrorism, through which to prosecute the terrorist groups and their allies, without establishing a State Security Emergency Courts that specializes in these kinds of issues to achieve a prompt justice, without establishing a National Council to fight terrorism that draws plans, sets goals, and coordinates between all relevant institutions to confront the phenomenon of terrorism, and without a comprehensive reform of the security system and on top of it cancelling all laws that restrict the security officials' ability to perform their duty, which have been imposed on the National Security Agency, we will continue to bid farewell to our sons every day without punishing those who planned, carried out, and financed these attacks, for the crimes they have committed against the country and its people. And God is my witness
