Sufra Dayma: Grilled Fish Indian Style By Moushira Abdel-Malek Ingredients: 4 white fish fillets 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Garam Masala Marinade: 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped) 2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Method: Blend or process Garam Masala ingredients until smooth. Combine fish with marinade in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat grill pan and brush olive oil on top. Cook fish until browned on both sides and tender. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves with lemon wedges and a potato mash aside.
