Horoscopes:
Playing fast
By Imhotep
Love is blind, my dear Scales, as people born under the Cardinal Air sign of Libra (23 Sep- 23 Oct) are sometimes called. And, pride comes before the fall. The eclipse at the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan when the sun was in Libra was a good omen. An eclipse is essentially an alignment of heavenly bodies. So, my dear Librans, you cannot help being deeply moved by the stars in the weeks ahead.
Someone is stirring your emotional pot and it is both unsettling and exciting -- you haven't felt like this in quite some time. Just don't let the bubble of feelings draw out your all important intuition.
And jealousy, my dear Scales, is never a petty thing. At times, in small doses, it can seem to be a compliment -- but this definitely isn't one of those times. Put all fears along those lines to rest immediately -- including your own. Take just a little bit of time from ignoring the phone and talk to your sweetheart who will be more than happy to hibernate with you. All you have to do is break down and issue the invitation.
Things are better now, my dear Eagles, as people born under the Fixed Water sign of Scorpio (24 Oct-23 Nov) are sometimes called, due in no small part to your ability to hang tough and keep it together. It may sound quite trite, but if you hadn't done it, you wouldn't be feeling the way you are now.
There's a sympathetic ear on duty that will be only happy to repay the favour you've done for them a thousand times before. So what if they're a thousand miles away -- or two, or four or even nine? Find them. It is your turn.
You are as close to being a human transmitter as possible. You really do have antennae and they really are quite powerful. So when that voice in the back of your head speaks, don't ignore it.
Contrary to popular opinion, authority figures aren't always out to get us, even if the last five experiences we've had with them seem to prove exactly the opposite. You are due to add that experience to your memory book right now.
In the weeks ahead, you will express yourself quickly, clearly and directly, my dear Eagles. You will come right to the point. You will make sure that the object of your affection knows exactly where he or she stands with you. Meanwhile, your spirituality and faith in God will give you an ethereal quality which is bound to inspire those around you.
If you are feeling overwhelmed my dear Centaurs, as people born under the Mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius (24 Nov-23 Dec) are sometimes called, it is fine to put your romantic life on the back burner.
The world seems a little vague and fuzzy around the edges -- as does the realm of romance. There may, however, be a very clear-cut decision for you to make that you are cleverly avoiding. Look more sharply, my dear Centaurs.
Things may be a little off -- definitely at work, and a little in the love department. The key now is to hold your memory book right now.
Your most recent affair, that relationship that could have been -- maybe your school sweetheart -- is all very easy to romanticise, but none of it is happening now. Cherish the memories, but get your heart in the present.
Wishing for your luck to change in the love department? Well, it most definitely can, but not without you taking a proactive role. Be true to your heart and live life to its fullest -- it is far better than thinking. And, at any rate, Sagittarians are distinguished by their candour and honesty. They are also the proverbial free spirits of the zodiac. So tell it as it is.
A cooling off period helps to sort out what you really need from what you can live without.
Look out next week for Imhotep's readings of Capricon, Aquarius and Pisces
