Zamalek can secure 'big win' in Niger, says Mido
Mido is adamant Zamalek will beat Niger's AS Douanes again when they meet next week in the second leg of the African Champions League preliminary round

Zamalek will not rest on their laurels when they face Niger's AS Douanes away from home next week after claiming an easy 2-0 home win in the first leg of the African Champions League preliminary round, coach Mido said on Sunday.
Two goals from attacking midfielders Mohamed Ibrahim and Moemen Zakareya either side of the interval put Zamalek in the driving seat to reach the round of 32 when they play Douanes next Sunday.
"We played well tonight and we could have won by a bigger margin but we were not lucky in front of goal," rookie coach Mido, who has led Zamalek to three victories in four games since replacing Helmi Toulan last month, told reporters following the game.
"I'm confident that we will win in the second leg, and with a big margin."
Mido was also pleased with fan support after the Egyptian authorities temporarily lifted a crowd ban that has been in place since the army deposed President Mohamed Morsi last July amid mass protests against his rule.
Some vibrant 25,000 supporters attended the match at Cairo Stadium, cheering their team and hurling insults against Egypt's security forces towards the end of the game.
"I have to thank the fans today for the great support they've showed," Mido added.
The crowd ban is expected to remain in place in the Egyptian Premier League though.
