Egypt has been rocked by a wave of terrorist attacks claimed by Islamist militants in the past few weeks. On Friday, two bombs targeting a police barracks were detonated. One police officer was injured. Last week, a series of four bombs exploded in different areas of the capital, killing six. One of the explosions targeted Cairo's Security Directorate in Bab El-Khalk, blowing out the windows of the building and causing serious damage to the nearby Museum of Islamic Art. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/93165.aspx
