Trial of Egypt's Brotherhood top leaders deferred
The trial of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood former supreme guide Mohamed Badie and his two deputies adjourned as accused fail to appear

A Cairo criminal court deferred on Sunday the first hearing of Mohamed Badie, the former supreme guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, and his two deputies, all charged with inciting the murder of protesters.
The new hearing is now scheduled for 29 October.
The hearing was deferred because the defendants were not brought to court on security grounds, judicial sources said.
The three Brotherhood leaders, along with three others arrested as part of a crackdown on the Islamist group's upper echelon, stand accused of an array of charges including inciting murder and attempted murder.
Meanwhile, Egypt's former president Hosni Mubarak appeared on Sunday morning at a hearing in his retrial on charges of complicity in the killing of peaceful protestersduring the 18-day uprising that swept him away from office.
The 85-year-old Mubarak was placed under house arrest by Prime Minister Hazem El-Beblawi last week and is now being held at a military hospital in Cairo.
