Refugee camps in the coastal city of Al-Saloum, near the border with Libya, suffered from flooding. Around 1768 African refugees have been suffering rain and cold weather since Friday morning. According to the state-owned MENA news agency, the Mediterranean city of Alexandria witnessed traffic jams due to heavy rain Saturday. Meanwhile, in North Sinai rain showers for half-an-hour Friday was received by residents with joy, as rain contributes to the faster growth of crops. In Cairo, the weather is dry but moderately cold. Meteorological authorities anticipate a drop in temperatures to 12 degrees along with sandy storms.
