Aston Villa winger Mahmoud “Trezeguet” Hassan said Friday that he and his teammates will do their best to take the points in the English Premier League game against table-leaders Liverpool on Saturday. Aston Villa to host Liverpool Villa Park in the 11th matchday of the league on Saturday. The Villains currently lie in 15th place in the league table with 11 points, 17 behind Liverpool. "Naturally, Liverpool is a big club, but they are not the only great team," Trezeguet was quoted as saying in an interview on his club's official website. "Every team has strong squad of players and we need to concentrate hard in every game... We are well prepared for the game, and we hope it will be a great match, and we hope to get something out of the game." The 25-year-old Egypt international also praised Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp for his achievements with the team. "Of course, they are a strong team, they were UEFA Champions League winners and now they are top of the table this means their coach is a successful one. "It will be a tough game for the two sides because it's on our home, so it won't be easy." Trezeguet, who has had nine league appearances with the Villains out of ten so far, also praised the performance of Liverpool winger and fellow Egyptian Mohamed Salah, describing him as a good finisher who can snatch the victory for his team from any scoring chance. "You must always be on ground with him, because he is a good finisher in games," he said. "There are players like this, and during the game we must pay close attention to them, and make sure they are tightly marked throughout the game. "During the game you hardly notice they are there but just when you feel that you them under control this is the time when you realise how great they are as players. "Mo Salah is a great player and when his team or country really need him in games this is where he repays the trust the place in him. "He a respected person, he is excellent with his friends. He is just like any other squad member of the national team. "He doesn't make us feel that he is the second or third best player in the world. Trezeguet made his long-awaited move to the Premier League this summer after impressing with Turkey's Kasimpasa, where he scored 25 goals in 71 appearances. "We always talk together, when I was about to come to England I had other offers that were maybe more significant not in terms of the league, but more attractive financially but I chose Aston Villa because it is a big team," he said "[Salah] always used to talk to me, and he would tell me that I should come here because here I would be able to do things for my country and for myself,” he concluded.
