Egyptian journalists set a number of demands including the sacking of the interior minister during a Wednesday protest at the press syndicate in Cairo. The press syndicate said it is giving the government one-week notice to meet its demands after police stormed the union's building earlier this week. The union also called on all papers to display a logo that reads "no for gag...no for silencing," in reference to a gag order imposed Tuesday by the country's top prosecutor on the arrest of the journalists. It also said it would take "legal measures" against the order. For more details, click here http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/207068.aspx
