Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi arrived early Saturday to Cairo's Downtown parliament building to give his first speech in front of the newly convened House of Representatives. He is currently attending a small meeting with parliament speaker Ali Abdel-Al and his two deputies, before giving his speech. This is the first time that a president gives a speech in front of the parliament since ousted president Hosni Mubarak's November 2010 address.
