Egypt's Palm Hills, the country's second biggest listed developer, slumped to a 2011 first quarter net loss of 36.2 million Egyptian pounds, the stock exchange said on Tuesday. Palm Hills, which is taking a hit from political turmoil that swept President Hosni Mubarak from power and a widening graft probe against business executives linked with his administration, reported net profit of 107.1 million pounds a year earlier.
