Cameroon held to another 1-1 draw in rip-roaring Nations Cup group Ibrahima Traore scored an equalizer late in the first half to give Guinea a 1-1 draw with Cameroon at the African Cup of Nations on Saturday.
The draw gives all four teams two points in Group D after two matches. In the earlier game at Malabo Stadium, the Ivory Coast and Mali drew 1-1. Traore scored in the 42nd minute, collecting a pass in the area and then turning and shooting past Cameroon goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa. Benjamin Moukandjo gave Cameroon the lead in the 13th direct from a corner kick. In the last set of group matches, Cameroon will play Ivory Coast in Malabo, while Guinea faces Mali in Mongomo. Because every match has been 1-1, there is a possibility that advancement could come down to the drawing of lots.
