A hand grenade was thrown by an unknown assailant towards the Faculty of Dentistry at Cairo University Saturday morning. According to Al-Ahram Arabic website, the assailant threw the grenade and quickly drove away, targeting security forces deployed at the faculty. No injuries have been reported. Security arrested two suspects and the area is currently being searched for explosives. Egypt has been suffering from a wave of militant attacks targeting security forces across the country. While the country had suffered from a decade long armed insurgency in Sinai, attacks on security personnel have taken place to other governorates including the capital since the 2013 ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/115031.aspx
